Volunteer FIBIS database website assistant needed

A volunteer website assistant is needed to upload and amend data to the FIBIS database website.

Job responsibilities

• Uploading datasets
• Optimising and uploading images
• Adding and amending members access
• Amending any reported errors

Experience

The FIBIS database uses the Frontis archiving publishing system.  Experience in a similar software or content management system would be an advantage, but not necessary.

Knowledge of how to use Google spreadsheets or Excel would also be an advantage.

This work is carried out online and in your own home, so it doesn’t matter where you live. We also appreciate that our volunteers have other work commitments, so you don’t have to worry about meeting deadlines or working  X amount of hours a week either.
