Kamptee Christ Church Cemetery

Our thanks go to Peter Summers for transcribing these images and to The Pilgrim Trust for helping to fund this project.

It is fantastic that this cemetery has been photographed BUT, I think it is wrong to charge members for a service that they are already paying for. Just my opinion.

Hi Alice, We do not charge for the photographs. We ask for donations so that we can raise more funds to pay the photographer to photograph another cemetery. We are a very small charity with very limited funds and this is a huge project.

Hi Valmay, You certainly do a lot for FIBIS .. thanks for all your research, photos and information.
I’m with a closed facebook group (4,600 members) at a hill-station Nainital (since 1839 .. Naynee, Nainee .. and Tal, taal is lake).
As a group ~ our seventh year ~ we have done a lot of research .. photos, maps, documents, etc and from time to time we receive photos of gravestones, headstones, foot-stones from three separate cemeteries at Nainital .. and a few others in the surrounding hill cantonments of the Kumaon region.
    Q. How do I go about uploading these photos and info into FIBIS for your members to view ? Cheers, Dave

Hi Dave, If you log into this website as a member you can share photographs and create interest group just like you can in Facebook. Maybe you could create a group to share the images?
