Hello.
I have hit a brink wall, and am wondering whether anybody else has researched the Simcock and Ringer families? I am particularly interested in Cecilia “Cherry” Ringer.
The information that I have been given is:
“Cecilia Ringer born in England but married Edgar William Simcock in India She died in India.”
Edgar William owned tea plantation’s in Kerela, but it seems that he died (1954) without having made a will, and after his wife had died. Please see attached Financial Times article.
Any information / ideas would be very gratefully received.
