Fibiwiki  is a wiki where you can share information useful to people researching ancestors in India. It not only has useful guides to help you with your research, but also lists sources, and general background information about the culture, society and history of India during from 1600 to 1947.

Featured article, image and project

Every month the fibiwiki moderators choose an article, image and project to feature on the front page of the fibiwiki.  This month ‘s featured article, image and project are:

• Featured image –  World War I Memorial at the  Karachi War Cemetery
• Featured article   –  First World War
• Featured Project –  Postcards Project  –  This is a new project that will be coordinated by Beverly Hallam.

Volunteers needed

We are still urgently looking for volunteers for our locations project. No experience in adding information to a wiki is necessary. Volunteers are needed to help gather information needed to create a page on a location in fibiwiki. To see a developed location page, visit  Cannanore.
