GSV British India Discussion Circle meeting via Zoom

The British India Discussion Circle is for Genealogical Society of Victoria members researching their family history in India between 1599 and Independence in 1947. Convener: Mary Anne Gourley.

When: 18 August 2020, 19:30 to 20:30
Location: Internet, Australia

This meeting will take place on the Internet on Zoom, at 7.30pm. Registrants will receive an email with the Zoom link.

For GSV members only. Free of charge. Please log in to register.

Aim: To understand and gain further knowledge of our ancestors’ connections to, and lives in, British India, including those who worked within the Home Establishment.

Meetings will discuss the records available at the GSV and other organisations in Australia, websites with relevant sources including The British Library, FamilySearch, Findmypast, FIBIS and TNA.

These quarterly meetings will be on the third Tuesday.
