Researching Ancestors in the Army in India is a  FREE workshop looking at biographical sources for military personnel in India  is being held at the  British Library  on Thursday, 1 June, 14.00-17.00. No previous knowledge of the subject is expected or required.       This is a British Library event and not a FIBIS one, so filming or recording will not be possible I’m afraid.

  1. I attended Peter’s talk a couple of years ago. Muchof what he covers and far more is contained in his 2 books on the subject which are published by FiBIS. If you cant attend a workshop which is run a couple of times a year go striaght to the books which you will probably want to buy afterwards anyway.
