    This is not a dataset on the website, so you will need to purchase a copy of the book from the address provided.

  2. I have just ordered a copy. My grandfather, Lt. Col. E.T. Harris IMS, and later Civil Surgeon in Maymyo is buried in All Saint’s churchyard there. I have had a couple of friends, on two occasions, have the grave (A Cornish Cross) cleaned up. Anyone else interested in colonial medicine in Burma perhaps? Grandfather died in 1927 of enteric fever or a burst appendix, whichever you decide to believe. Ann C-H
