Indian Research – Talk by Mary Anne Gourley

As part of National Family History Month  GSV member and Australian Liaison for the Families in British India Society, Mary Anne Gourley, is giving a talk on ‘Indian Research’ at Genealogical Society of Victoria on Thursday 28 August 2014.

Many family historians now find they have links to ancestors who served with the EIC, India Office, British Army or were part of the Non official community in India. This talk will highlight areas of research now available.
